We present you with a set of answers to questions that tend to be asked to us most frequently.
  • How is the payment done?
Payment can be made via ATM, credit card and MB Way or bank transfer.
  • How much are the delivery costs for my order?
Delivery costs for mainland Portugal are 3.70 euros. Shipping will be free on purchases over €60. For the islands of Madeira and the Azores it will cost 5 euros, free from 90 euros.
For Spain the cost of postage is 5 euros, free on purchases over 80 euros.
For the rest of Europe , shipping costs will be 10 euros, free on purchases over 180 euros.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For mainland Portugal and Spain, deliveries will take between 24-72 hours.
For the remaining zones, the deadline may be up to 5-7 days.
Cases in which there may be anomalies in the shipment, such as absence of recipient and address, among others, are excluded.

Delivery dates are estimates, and are not under the responsibility of O Cravinho but under the responsibility of the transport company. Due to various factors, expected delivery dates may change, such as no recipient and insufficient address. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide the customer with resources to track the order, such as a tracking number.

If in this query the location information indicates that the package was considered undeliverable and delivered to a store for collection (the carrier will send an email with its location).

If there is no location information or if you are unable to locate the package and it has not been returned as 'Not Delivered', please contact our customer service at info@ocravinho.com.
